




Job Summary: Professional responsible for in-person and telephone patient service, scheduling, patient registration, and medical record organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support to medical and administrative staff Responsibilities: * Provide in-person and telephone patient service; * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and examinations; * Register patients in the system and update their information; * Organize medical records and documents; * Support medical and administrative staff in departmental routines; * Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
