ABOUT THE POSITION: Responsibilities and Duties: * Monitor and support routine processes across departments and ongoing projects, including invoice issuance, financial reconciliations, and bank account monitoring; * Act as an internal facilitator to organize financial/banking and accounting reconciliation routines; * Collaborate with the accounts receivable team, controllership, IT, and business units; * Manage the reconciliation aging process to ensure timely completion of monthly closings without pending items; * Lead processes and support defining actions—both for monitoring and ensuring effective completion of processes; * Deliver weekly reports and measure benefits from work progress; * Map risks and potential obstacles to plan execution, proposing improvements and corrective actions to ensure successful implementation and on-time delivery; * Represent the team in meetings and project presentations; monitor ongoing departmental projects and conduct strategic analyses for future definitions and deliveries; Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of financial reconciliation and accounting reconciliation routines, and accounts receivable; * Experience using enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle); * Ability to adapt to new demands and challenges, and strong communication skills with stakeholders. We seek candidates with experience in: * Prior experience in financial department routines; * Advanced Excel and Power BI; * Analytical, proactive, organized profile; accustomed to tight deadlines and possessing a problem-solving mindset; Here, you’ll enjoy flexibility through our hybrid work model (3 days in-office / 2 remote).
