Here, every team member is encouraged through a culture of feedback and recognition aimed at continuous professional growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, addendums, etc.) * Assist in analyzing legal risks related to internal matters * Help monitor contractual and corporate deadlines * Support in drafting notifications and corporate documents * Organize documents and maintain legal files * Monitor processes handled by third-party law firms **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Law program, from the 4th semester onward * Interest in Corporate and Contract Law * Strong writing skills and clear communication * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) **Additional Information** **Stipend:** R$1\.300 **Transportation Allowance:** R$200 **Benefits:** Transportation voucher (for in-person days), opportunities for professional development, and hands-on learning in corporate legal practice **Work Schedule:** 6 hours per day – from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Work Model:** Hybrid * **Remote Work:** Monday, Wednesday, and Friday * **On-site Work:** Tuesday and Thursday We are Silva Gym, the top premium gym in Brazil!
