**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage transportation operations involving approximately 2\.000 vehicles;
* Lead direct reports, operational teams, and technical teams;
* Supervise internal workshops;
* Ensure execution of operational activities with focus on quality, safety, and productivity;
* Adopt a “hands\-on” approach, maintaining strong presence in daily operations (practical, action-oriented profile);
* Manage operational and financial indicators (KPIs);
* Conduct P&L analysis of contracts and results management;
* Control operational costs and expenses;
* Plan and execute strategies for continuous operational improvement;
* Work directly in garage/workshop environments, staying closely aligned with daily operational routines;
* Develop and engage teams, focusing on workplace climate, performance, and retention;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in related fields;
* Postgraduate studies or MBA in related areas will be considered a plus;
* Proven experience in leadership roles such as Operations Manager or Transportation Manager;
* Experience in the transportation/logistics segment, particularly in heavy fleet management;
* Fleet maintenance management;
* Transportation and logistics operations;
* Management of large teams;
* Financial control and results analysis;
* Monitoring of operational indicators and P&L statements;
* Experience in complex, high-volume operations;
