Join us in this transformation! **Location: Casa Shopping: Avenida Ayrton Senna - 2150 - Jacarepaguá - RJ.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise activities related to the installation and replacement of mechanical and electronic water meters of various diameters, ensuring proper execution by field teams. * Ensure field teams install and maintain telemetry systems, guaranteeing equipment operates correctly. * Standardize meter boxes according to technical specifications, verifying field team installations for compliance. * Ensure all field activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines, fostering a safety culture within the team. * Lead and develop the operational team, promoting engagement, technical training, and goal achievement. * Plan and monitor operational results, tracking performance indicators and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Identify failures and non-conformities in executed services, guiding teams on correction and recurrence prevention. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, operational procedures, and contractual requirements. * Prepare production, performance, and incident reports, presenting analyses and outcomes to management. * Conduct onboarding, technical training, and continuous development processes for the operational team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Proven experience supervising field teams in water metering, sanitation, or utility sectors. * Skills in operational performance planning and control, with emphasis on KPIs and targets. * Willingness to work both in the field and in the office.
