Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning, maintenance, organization, and logistical support, including kitchen duties at some locations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on cleaning and sanitization of various environments 2. Responsible for basic maintenance and organization of materials 3. Logistical support in distribution and storage of materials * **Cleaning and Sanitization:** Sweep, vacuum, wash, and disinfect floors, walls, windows, courtyards, restrooms, offices, and common areas. * **Maintenance:** Perform basic upkeep, report electrical/plumbing issues, and monitor repairs (without performing technical work). * **Organization:** Keep cleaning supplies and inventory organized, arrange tables, and assist in organizing files and furniture. * **Logistical Support:** Receive, sort, distribute, and store materials such as mail, food, office supplies, and cleaning supplies. * **Kitchen Duties (at some locations):** Prepare and serve coffee, tea, water, and snacks, managing supplies.
