As a Senior Internal Communications Analyst, you will work exclusively for one of our clients. Your responsibilities include serving internal clients, ensuring their requests align with business strategy, proposing, monitoring, and producing internal communications campaigns and projects. You will also be responsible for ensuring delivery quality, acting as guardian of the brand and communications strategy, and promoting employee engagement. For this opportunity, you must reside in Rio de Janeiro/RJ and be available to attend in person two to three times per week. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Receive and draft briefing documents, ensuring creative requests comply with Clima’s internal process Act as a bridge between the client’s communications team and the agency, facilitating campaign creation and execution as well as daily tasks. Manage deadlines and calendars with the client, ensuring prioritization of the most relevant topics. Monitor metrics across the client’s communication channels, generating reports and critically analyzing channel and campaign performance. Develop simple communications plans, including tactical channel maps to distribute communications effectively and diversely. Actively participate in the client’s internal meetings. Manage internal events, including production oversight and coordination with suppliers. Ensure strong relationships with key client departments, serving as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams. Ensure correct workflow both at the client’s end and within Clima’s internal processes; Monitor and guide the dedicated squad assigned to the account. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Communications or related fields. Be communicative, proactive, and possess excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Organizational Culture, and Employer Branding; Experience in project management; Experience supporting internal clients; Ability to proactively develop communications plans and tactically manage communication channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools. Skills in event and supplier management.
