Job Summary: Support the implementation of an operational excellence culture and improve manufacturing productivity through performance indicator analysis and leadership of improvement initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead improvement initiatives and analyze manufacturing performance indicators 2. Conduct productivity improvement projects with the operational team 3. Support the implementation of an operational excellence culture Support the implementation of an operational excellence culture and improve manufacturing productivity as reflected in its performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** 1 \- Prepare presentations with critical analysis of performance indicators and lead improvement initiatives 2 \- Analyze, monitor, and report manufacturing performance indicators (loading time, manufacturing cycle time, manufacturing quality, groups/SLOP, etc.) 3 \- Lead productivity improvement projects with the operational team based on manufacturing performance indicators 4 \- Support the implementation of an operational excellence culture within the area, acting as a multiplier of best practices and operational excellence tools (support implementation of the MANTER program, support implementation of daily management routines in manufacturing, and serve as the focal point for applying failure and incident analysis methods) 5 \- Centralize and monitor action plans from the manufacturing area (ensure governance for execution of plans arising from AQFs and suggested improvements). 6 \- Analyze and investigate daily inventory shortages and consumption discrepancies, interface with the finance control team for investigations, and facilitate unblocking of production orders. 7 \- Analyze, monitor, and implement improvements to reduce volumes of manufacturing rework groups (SLOP, Red, Green/Blue, etc.) 8 \- Support area leadership in manufacturing documentation management (procedure reviews and releases, SE SUITE certifications and controls, etc.) **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related production management fields Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Intermediate Power BI Experience in factory workflow TPM or Lean methodology experience is desirable. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
