We constantly pursue the "something more"—going beyond the ordinary and expected—to surprise our clients with innovative ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate and review monthly financial closing reports for the client portfolio * Analyze and review bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and current account balances for the client portfolio * Monitor payment controls and deadlines * Track and implement any changes in applicable tax legislation * Ensure application of best practices in internal governance * Identify strategic opportunities and highlight process improvement points for BPO operations within your client portfolio **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields * Microsoft 365 \- Intermediate level * Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and communication ability (written and verbal) in the workplace, as well as organizational skills * Experience and proficiency in team and client management **Additional Information** * Advanced English is a plus * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus At RSM, we believe great results begin with people.
