Job Summary: A professional to monitor, control, and analyze project budgets and P&L, ensuring the integrity of financial information and preparing managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Updating financial and managerial databases Responsibilities: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring correct updates of budgeted and actual data. Prepare, analyze, and update project P\&L, ensuring proper allocation of costs, expenses, and revenues. Analyze variances between budgeted vs. actual figures, identifying deviations, root causes, and financial risks associated with projects. Maintain up-to-date financial and managerial databases per project, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and reliability. Support the forecasting process and budget reviews for projects and the company. Prepare periodic managerial reports on project financial performance (P\&L, margins, costs, revenues, and KPIs). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in controllership, budgeting, project monitoring, or financial analysis. * Experience with budgetary control, P\&L, and variance analysis. * Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). * Knowledge of budgeting, P\&L, costs, expenses, and margins concepts. * Experience with ERP systems and financial databases. * Familiarity with managerial accounting and monthly closing processes. * Intermediate English proficiency.
