Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and final plating of dishes according to house standards * Ongoing kitchen organization and cleaning * Control of ingredients, food storage, and expiration dates * Strict adherence to good hygiene and food handling practices * Support in standardizing processes and optimizing operational workflow * Active participation in daily kitchen routines during peak hours Requirements: * Prior kitchen experience (preferably in bars or high-volume restaurants) * High level of organization and hygiene awareness * Agility and ability to work under pressure * Commitment to standards, procedures, and quality * Proactive and responsible attitude Important Differentiator: We seek someone who goes beyond technical execution.
