Commercial, operational, and people management **About the Position** We seek a Store General Manager with commercial and operational expertise, responsible for leading the team, driving results, and ensuring excellence in customer experience, including corporate (B2B) client service. This person will be accountable for the store’s overall performance, goal management, inventory, team leadership, and development of new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** **Commercial Management** * Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets * Develop strategies to increase average transaction value * Monitor performance metrics (conversion rate, PA, average transaction value) * Support and oversee B2B sales (hotels, guesthouses, retailers, and enterprises) **People Management** * Lead, train, and develop the sales team * Conduct performance feedback and ongoing performance monitoring * Ensure a healthy organizational climate * Organize staff schedules and daily store routines **Operational Management** * Control inventory and stockouts * Ensure visual merchandising (VM) standards * Monitor goods receiving and dispatch * Track inventories and losses * Maintain service and organization standards **Customer Relationship Management** * Retain strategic customers * Build relationships with B2B buyers * Resolve conflicts and critical situations * Manage post-sales follow-up **Ideal Profile** * Prior experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager * Strong commercial and inventory management background * Experience managing goals and KPIs * Proactive and inspirational leadership style * Organized with strategic vision * Preferred experience in textile, fashion, or household goods sectors **Preferred Qualifications** * CRM experience * Corporate sales experience * Knowledge of inventory and stock management * Experience with aggressive targets and expansion initiatives **Compensation** * Fixed salary + 2.5% commission * Internal career growth plan * Benefits: Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary Range: R$5,000.00 – R$7,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Screening Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
