Whether onsite or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace featuring knowledge-sharing moments, fun activities, and professional development — such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role Will Include:** * ****Leading project teams, developing both technical and behavioral competencies within the team; * Developing and communicating standards, methodologies (agile and/or traditional), and tools for project management; * Monitoring portfolio execution, including establishing and facilitating key committees — e.g., risk, change, prioritization, etc.; * Preparing materials and conducting executive and managerial portfolio status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans; * Controlling planning, schedules, costs, resources, and delivery quality; * Managing team allocation based on ongoing and upcoming projects; * Ensuring effectiveness of the portfolio quality control process. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience managing technology projects; * Proficiency in project tracking tools and KPIs; * Solid knowledge of project management best practices and familiarity with agile methodology; * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; * Advanced English. **Nice to Have:** * Intermediate Spanish. **Additional Information** **The Selection Process:** **We believe that a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
