Knowledge of process management and modeling tools A technology company specializing in cybersecurity seeks a Process Analyst in Rio de Janeiro (Barra da Tijuca). **Responsibilities:** Map, model, and document organizational processes within the context of Information Technology (IT) development projects, in collaboration with various departments across the company. Support information gathering from departments by modeling processes from both "As Is" (current state) and "To Be" (future state) perspectives. Develop and update flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions for IT and technology-supported business processes, ensuring standardization and clarity. Utilize process management tools to visually represent workflows, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and operational risks. Promote operational efficiency and organizational outcome optimization through continuous process improvement. Knowledge of business process mapping, design, and documentation. Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Bizagi). Prior experience in a corporate environment. Basic knowledge of continuous improvement or quality management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma (White, Yellow, or Green Belt). Familiarity with BPM (Business Process Management). Prior experience in digital transformation or process restructuring projects. Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous roles such as Process Improvement Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
