




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the hotel's IT department activities, ensuring system and infrastructure availability, security, and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and lead the Information Technology team. 2. Ensure information, network, and corporate data security. 3. Evaluate and propose technological innovations for modernization and efficiency. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the hotel's Information Technology department activities, ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of systems, infrastructure, and IT equipment. Evaluates and implements technological solutions aimed at optimizing operational processes, supporting hotel departments, and meeting internal and external customer needs. Manages IT assets, servers, networks, systems, databases, telephone switchboards, and electronic monitoring systems. * Manage and lead the Information Technology department team; * Plan, implement, maintain, and monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure; * Define technical specifications, configurations, and procurement of equipment and software; * Design, administer, and maintain wired and wireless network architecture; * Ensure information, network, and corporate data security; * Ensure effectiveness, functionality, and maintenance of CCTV circuits; * Manage databases, ensuring data integrity, availability, and backup; * Administer and ensure the functionality of the telephone switchboard and communication systems; * Evaluate and propose technological innovations that contribute to process modernization and efficiency, in accordance with executive management directives; * Address technological demands and needs from hotel departments and internal customers; * Prepare technical and managerial reports on performance, risks, and improvements within the department; * Attend training sessions when required; * Comply with company internal rules, policies, and procedures; * Perform other duties compatible with the position and with IT department routines, as directed by management.
