Opportunity for Level 3 and 4 (Senior) NOC Infrastructure Analysts.

**Professional Experience and Technical Knowledge Required:**
Experience with networks (GPON, Metro Ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching);
Knowledge of servers (Windows Server, Linux, virtualization);
Knowledge of customer service automation systems (chatbots, omnichannel);
Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.);
Familiarity with card machine support and payment systems;
Strong communication skills and ability to support various internal departments.
Prior experience in technical support or NOC;
Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PPPoE);
Basic understanding of SLA management and service metrics;
Leadership and team organization capabilities;
Desirable knowledge of IVR, customer service systems, and API integration;
Strong communication, proactivity, and sense of urgency.

**Responsibilities:**
Operation of telephony systems (IVR, PABX, extensions, recordings);
Maintenance and configuration of chatbots and digital customer service systems;
Monitoring and support for CCTV systems (cameras and recordings);
Monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure: GPON, Metro networks, switches, ONUs, routers;
Assembly and verification of physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux);
Creation and maintenance of users in internal systems, e-mails, and access permissions;
Real-time monitoring of servers and critical equipment (NOC);
Technical support to field teams with network guidance and customer activation;
Support for integration and cross-departmental assistance;
Technical documentation and internal incident tracking; technical documentation related to the Technology and Information Security Department, relevant for audit support;
Ongoing communication with administrative and operational departments;
Level 4 technical support for frontline technical support teams (Levels 1 and 2).
Incident tracking and SLA monitoring;
Analysis and escalation of complex incidents;
Technical support to the team, including guidance and training for support staff;
Preparation of performance reports, service metrics, and operational indicators;
Coordination with strategic departments (Commercial, Finance, Infrastructure) to resolve technical requests;
IT support to maintain and repair company hardware, such as computers, servers, and network devices.
Design, plan, install, configure, and administer computer networks, sizing system requirements, specifying architecture, and selecting development tools.
Implementation of improvements and automation proposals to optimize processes.
