Will directly manage team routines, monitor processes, and track performance indicators. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control vehicle entry and exit flow in the yard; * Supervise the team's operational routine, ensuring alignment and productivity; * Monitor and ensure compliance with loading standards; * Complete and maintain operational tracking spreadsheets; * Validate working hours, checklists, and processes executed by the team; * Ensure standardization of operational processes; * Track and analyze KPIs, proposing continuous improvements; * Identify operational deviations and act to correct failures. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in yard operations, logistics, or related areas; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of process and operational routine control; * Familiarity with completing and analyzing spreadsheets (Excel or similar); **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and results-oriented profile; * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and leadership skills; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Problem-solving ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience in high-volume logistics environments.
