Job Summary: Professional to monitor and analyze operational indicators, manage fleet costs and maintenance, ensure timely deliveries, and plan fleet revitalization. Key Highlights: 1. Development of planning for fleet revitalization. **Description** * Monitor and analyze operational indicators (Overtime hours, Time bank, On-Time Delivery, Liters/km, Occupancy rate) to ensure process efficiency * Manage fleet costs and maintenance programs, ensuring vehicle availability and reliability * Ensure all deliveries and pickups are performed within deadlines and quality standards set by the company and customers * Develop and monitor fleet revitalization planning, aiming at continuous improvement of logistics operations * Route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize costs and deadlines; **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics (industries with their own fleet) * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related fields * Postgraduate degree desirable * Experience in fleet management and maintenance * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools * Fluent English desirable * Driver's license category D desirable Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: D Willingness to travel * Dental Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Meal Voucher * On-site Meal * Health Insurance * Study Grant
