KPI management and support to managers 3. Data analysis and strategy development We are seeking a professional to monitor material delivery deadlines and drive improvements in logistics processes. Control and monitor operational KPIs. Support managers in team management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct operational analyses to optimize processes; * Evaluate transportation and delivery systems through controls; * Use ERP systems for inventory management; * Develop strategies for the supply chain; * Perform product shipment tracking when necessary; * Prepare budgets and cost analysis demonstrations; * Analyze data and prepare performance indicator-based reports; * Support operations management projects; * Analyze comprehensive inventories for contract control; * Monitor operational progress through management systems; * Engage with customers to identify their needs and propose solutions and improvements; * Supervise teams, planning and controlling activities performed under contracts; * Support Procurement in supplier contract negotiations; * Provide inventory reports to managers; * Support Supervisors and Managers in using the ERP system. * Analyze and issue central warehouse replenishment processes to satellite units according to inventory policy; * Assess inter-unit transfer opportunities; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehousing.
