Description: * Experience in Facilities, Asset Management, or Building Administration; * Hands-on experience managing contracts, suppliers, and construction projects; * Ability to plan and monitor structural realignment or operational expansion projects; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and availability for travel between units; * Completed undergraduate degree. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in engineering, construction, utility, logistics, or operational service companies; * SAP knowledge; * Additional technical education (Civil, Electrical, Safety, etc.); * Manage and monitor building service contracts (cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities, reception); * Organize and maintain asset control, physical inventory, asset movement, and asset lifecycle tracking; * Execute and monitor adaptation works, renovations, and improvements at operational bases and facilities; * Assess infrastructure expansion needs according to operational growth; * Negotiate and monitor suppliers, service providers, and landlords; * Perform facilities management, ensuring proper operation of facilities, equipment, and internal light fleet; * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans; * Support change management, realignment, and establishment of new logistics and operational bases; * Monitor KPIs (cost per m², response time, availability, work orders, service level); * Report status, risks, and action plans to Corporate Management. 2511120202181862311
