Ability to adjust to new circumstances and challenges while maintaining emotional stability and inspiring teams to embrace adaptability. * Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields is desirable. * General knowledge of media buying platforms. * At least one completion of certification exams for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads. DV360 and SA360 certifications are a plus. * Fluent English (preferred). * Knowledge of negotiation techniques is a plus. In the Media team, you will be challenged to: * Serve as the management reference for your team. * Align with Cadastra’s and clients’ strategies, guiding and developing people to achieve results. * Lead your team by conducting management rituals and providing behavioral and technical guidance. * Lead strategic media-for-performance deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations. * Lead media campaign strategies—from planning through execution, evaluation, and optimization—collaborating with the operational team to guarantee delivery quality. * Lead and develop Coordinators and Specialists across behavioral and technical dimensions, supporting their leadership roles so they can effectively develop their own teams and run operations. * Build and review strategic materials for clients to refine deliverables. * Participate in results presentation meetings, briefing and debriefing sessions, war rooms, on-call shifts, and performance rooms for campaign performance monitoring. * Act as the guardian of campaign results, supervising the operational team, suggesting improvement paths, and correcting course when needed. * Represent Cadastra before clients and vendors, nurturing high-quality relationships and prioritizing the company’s image. * Safeguard the organization and standardization of media processes. * Disseminate best practices, recommended behaviors, and appropriate language, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information and protecting both the company and involved individuals. * Manage team vacations, time-off requests, leaves of absence, and hour banks together with Coordinators. 2512110202491030460
