Responsibilities: * Manage commercial, administrative, financial, and people management activities at Velocity\&Kore units, in accordance with company guidelines; * Ensure excellence in customer service and unit operations; * Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and motivating environment; * Execute sales and marketing strategic planning through partnerships, events, and promotions; * Maintain visual communication quality, cleanliness, and facility maintenance according to brand standards; * Serve as a brand culture ambassador, encouraging an energetic and engaged atmosphere; * Monitor goals and performance indicators, managing results through the team; * Promote team development and engagement, focusing on leadership and performance; * Utilize internal systems for communication and operational control. Requirements: * Easy access to Barra da Tijuca; * Flexible availability (including weekends, if required); * Prior experience in team management and unit operations (preferably in services, fitness centers, or retail).
