Requirements What you need for the perfect \#match: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields; * Proven experience managing paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels); * Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools; * Experience leading Growth or Performance Marketing teams; * Knowledge of customer acquisition funnel strategies and the customer journey; * Familiarity with media planning, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion funnel optimization; * Proficiency in digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, CPL, LTV, conversion rate, etc.); * Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize campaigns and processes; * Experience collaborating with Product, Commercial, and Growth teams; * Skill in managing relationships with agencies and external partners; * Customer focus!
