Team management and standardization A traditional Brazilian cuisine restaurant is seeking a professional to lead kitchen operations, ensuring quality, organization, and consistency in deliveries. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the kitchen team during pre\-preparation and service; * Ensure recipe standardization and waste control; * Supervise cleanliness and organization of the area; * Manage inventory and restocking orders; * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in a leadership role or as a Full Cook; * Experience with Brazilian/Mineiro cuisine, buffet, and à la carte service; * Knowledge of technical sheets, PVPS, inventory management, and meat cuts; **Expected Profile:** Active leadership, proactivity, owner's mindset, resilience, organization, and ability to develop team members.
