Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will assist in financial activities, including account control, bank reconciliation, report preparation, and support to the finance department. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with suppliers and customers regarding financial matters Our client is a high-end food and beverage chain. We are seeking a Financial Analyst. The chain comprises stores in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Direct reporting to the Finance Manager. Please indicate your salary expectation. * **Description** * The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting with the company’s financial activities, such as accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial reports and analyses. Additionally, the role provides support to the finance department and handles interactions with suppliers and customers. * Manage and record accounts payable and receivable in the company’s financial system. * Perform bank reconciliation, verifying and correcting possible discrepancies. * Prepare periodic financial reports, such as cash flow statements, income statements (DRE), and performance analyses. * Assist in developing financial forecasts and annual budgets. * Monitor financial indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. * Provide support to the finance department by assisting with administrative and operational requests. * Interact with suppliers and customers to resolve financial issues and ensure timely fulfillment of obligations. * Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated and aligned on financial processes. * Collaborate with the team to implement improvements in the company’s financial processes. * Stay current on financial legislation and accounting standards to ensure compliance in all activities performed. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Proven experience in the finance area Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile Employment type: Full-time/CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 – R$2,800.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
