Conduct daily inspections to supervise activities carried out in departments according to a predefined checklist; Verify whether cleaning materials and supplies are being distributed correctly across departments, while observing and ensuring service quality is delivered. Supervise terminal cleaning by completing an efficacy checklist, identifying necessary repairs and requesting them from the department supervisor; Guide employees in task execution and evaluate their performance; Monitor employee attendance, adjusting task assignments and/or reassigning staff as needed; Stay updated and keep employees informed about techniques and proper use of equipment and products; Implement the Departmental Action Plan together with the work team; Maintain strict control over consumable materials. Education and experience preferred: Proven work experience (formal employment record), completed high school education, and prior experience in the Services field.
