Apply today!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting alignment with organizational culture and internal and client standards; * Plan, monitor, and control contract costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and achievement of targets; * Plan and size human, material, equipment, and fleet resources, ensuring proper maintenance and operational continuity; * Manage client relationships, monitoring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for scope expansion, addendums, and renewals; * Analyze operational results and performance indicators (costs, deadlines, contracts), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements; * Integrate and manage administrative, production, and maintenance areas, ensuring efficient information flow and outcomes; * Supervise measurements, billing, payments, and invoice validation, ensuring contractual compliance; * Prepare managerial reports and presentations on performance, risks, and opportunities; * Ensure compliance with contractual clauses, organization of documentation, and control of operational expenses; * Maintain institutional relationships with communities, public agencies, and other stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (with active registration at CREA); * Postgraduate specialization preferred; * Graduate degree in Contract Management; * MBA in Business Management or related fields.
