Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***SENIOR ACADEMIC ANALYST (FIXED-TERM POSITION)*** **are:** * Organize, monitor, and evaluate processes related to Faculty Development; * Support the execution of area-specific selection processes (forms, registrations, result consolidation, and ranking); * Maintain communication with faculty and students regarding calls for applications and processes managed by the area; * Coordinate\-with institutional departments and partners to implement area initiatives; * Support initiatives related to research, extension, and internationalization; * Process scholarship payments and monitor budgetary controls in Excel; * Ensure organization of documents, information, and materials within the area; * Support event organization and presentation development (PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools); * Guide faculty, managers, and stakeholders on area processes and initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in administration, education, or health-related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; * Ability to write informative emails and responses fluently, cohesively, ethically, and courteously; * Proficiency in using digital tools and artificial intelligence, particularly Canvas, Mentimeter, and Miro; * Skill in designing and monitoring online forms. **Additional Information** Work Location: Montreal \- Barra da Tijuca Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexible options between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Full tuition scholarships** (up to 100%) for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
