Job Summary: The professional will develop the construction project plan, sizing resources and deadlines, controlling its execution, and guiding the team to meet the Client's requirements. At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop the construction project plan, sizing resources and deadlines, controlling its execution, and guiding the work team to meet the Client's requirements and achieve the Company's desired levels of productivity, quality, and cost. * Monitor and issue reports and evidence for customer measurement, develop KPIs and presentations, and support engineering planners; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in construction planning; * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Commissioning); * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; * Currently pursuing an Engineering degree **Additional Information** Work Location: Rio de Janeiro - RJ * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
