The professional will support daily activities at construction sites, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency of construction processes. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing and organizing the construction site; * Transport and store materials and tools; * Collaborate with the team in executing basic construction tasks; * Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to safety regulations; * Assist in assembling and disassembling temporary structures; * Provide support to specialized professionals as directed; * Contribute to meeting project deadlines outlined in the construction schedule. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in construction or civil engineering; * Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials; * Availability to work at construction sites; * Commitment to occupational safety standards; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Experience reading blueprints and sketches; * Knowledge of basic civil construction techniques; * Ability to operate simple equipment; * Organizational skills and proactivity.
