




Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for field surveys, preparation of projects and technical documents, monitoring of procurement processes, and supervision of civil and industrial construction works. Analysis of proposals and project management Responsibilities: · Conduct field surveys in industrial areas and prepare drawings, projects, and other technical documents; · Prepare technical specifications for civil works, mechanical equipment, automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems; · Monitor or prepare descriptive memoranda, process flowcharts, cost estimates, and annexes for procurement procedures—whether subject to public bidding or exempted—for construction and installation activities in automation, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, boiler-making, painting, industrial civil works, and building infrastructure; · Assist in managing procurement processes and contract execution, interacting with service providers; · Analyze technical proposals from suppliers and issue technical opinions (PATEC) regarding equipment and services; · Assist in supervising automation, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, boiler-making, painting, industrial civil works, and building infrastructure services/works—including interventions on facilities and equipment used for storage and transportation of petroleum, natural gas, and derivatives, such as pipelines, storage tanks, pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, fittings, etc.—in accordance with existing methods and procedures; · Assist in or prepare documentation for Engineering Services Contracts (CSE), including histograms, calculations of man-hours, price formation statements, and unit price spreadsheets (PPUs); · Review executed design projects prepared by CONTRACTED firms, covering foundations, reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, structural rehabilitation, electrical installations, hydraulic installations, sewage systems, stormwater drainage, fire suppression systems, and gas systems; · Assist in project management by preparing reports and liaising with clients and suppliers to meet technical, schedule, and cost requirements; · Update the technical archive to organize all projects, diagrams, layouts, and technical documents related to projects under the General Management’s responsibility; · Develop, in CAD, standardized and norm-compliant projects, diagrams, and other technical drawings initially sketched by planning professionals; · Research and consult technical documentation and standards; · Ensure that all technical documentation applied to procurement, project acceptance, and other files complies with applicable standards for each case; · Prepare and manage maintenance activities for hydraulic, electrical, refrigeration, cleaning, and conservation systems; · Assist in validating documents submitted by contracted companies; · Prepare technical specifications for maintenance equipment; · Prepare, manage, and monitor services generated by SST and RTA; · Issue and manage service spreadsheets and legal compliance requirements; · Support contract supervision by controlling documentation and performing measurements related to contracts; · Plan and monitor pest and vector control services; Requirements: · Technical education with registration at the Regional Technical Council · 3 years’ experience in related fields · 3 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry · SAP PM and MM modules · Office 365 · SAP tools Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.156,13 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
