




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a focus on Human Resources to handle routines related to electronic timekeeping, payroll, FGTS/INSS, e-social, and benefits documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Human Resources Department 2. Focus on HR administrative routines 3. Knowledge of electronic timekeeping and payroll Administrative assistant with HR focus and expertise in the following routines: * electronic timekeeping; * payroll \- analysis and preparation of reports and payroll statements; * FGTS/INSS reports and payment confirmations; * e-social and Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) inquiries; * HR document filing; * life insurance, health insurance, and dental insurance documentation; * monitoring of union homologations; * payment of pro-labore; * registration and monitoring of payments to independent contractors. Preference for candidates currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
