Multichannel customer service and operational support to various bases Description: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for Collections to join our team and provide support in financial routines and customer service. The professional will be responsible for handling bill-related requests, communicating with customers, and providing operational support to our bases. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide telephone and chatbot support to customers. * Issue, cancel, clear, and maintain bills. * Perform bank remittance and return processes. * Respond to customer and internal emails. * Issue cancellation agreements and other required documents. * Update and populate Excel spreadsheets with collection data. * Support the following bases by phone and WhatsApp groups: Vila da Penha, Nova Iguaçu, Duque de Caxias, São Gonçalo, Cabo Frio, and Itaguaí. * Support consultants with collection-related requests. * Provide general information regarding bills, cancellations, and reactivations. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks; * Proficiency with technology and collection systems; * Prior experience in administrative, financial, or customer service roles is considered a plus. 2512100202181911400
