The Challenge Be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in housekeeping, leading the team with a balanced approach that combines technical rigor and human sensitivity. The Housekeeping Manager will serve as the link among quality, staff, and guest experience, ensuring every environment reflects care, organization, and well\-being. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily cleaning and room servicing routines for guest rooms and public areas. * Manage and develop housekeeping and auxiliary staff teams, fostering a productive and respectful work environment. * Control linens inventory, stock levels, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and waste reduction. * Monitor discrepancy reports and collaborate closely with Maintenance and Front Desk. * Conduct training sessions and internal quality audits to maintain standards. \- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and professional appearance standards.\- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor. * Functional basic English (reading and communication). * Proficiency in housekeeping operations, linen control, and operational audits. * Knowledge of hotel management systems and performance indicators is desirable. Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor. * Functional basic English (reading and communication). * Proficiency in housekeeping operations, linen control, and operational audits. * Knowledge of hotel management systems and performance indicators is desirable.
