The **Hotel Laghetto Stilo Barra Rio**, located in Barra da Tijuca, is currently hiring for the position of **Floor Supervisor**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the housekeeping team in cleaning and preparing guest rooms and floor areas. * Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure compliance with the hotel's quality and hygiene standards. * Assign daily tasks to the team, monitoring deadlines and productivity. * Control the use of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies. * Record and report possible damages or repair needs in guest rooms to maintenance. * Monitor room status (clean, dirty, occupied, or under maintenance). * Address guest requests and needs related to their rooms. * Train and guide staff on departmental procedures and housekeeping standards. * Conduct checks for guest belongings left behind and follow hotel procedures. * Support housekeeping in inventory control and department organization. **Requirements:** High school diploma; Proven experience in this role; **Working Hours:** * Two positions: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM * Two positions: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.736,00 \- R$3\.060,20 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Free parking * Transportation voucher Experience: * Floor Supervision (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
