Start your journey with us today. **Title:** Training and Development Consultant **Location:**Rio de Janeiro, BR **Job Closing Date:** 31/06/2026 **Summary Description** * Acts as an internal Training \& Development consultant, supporting business areas through needs diagnosis, design, and delivery of learning solutions aligned with corporate and regional strategy. * Works closely with stakeholders, translating received requirements into structured development actions, ensuring governance, quality, and impact of training programs for onshore audiences. **Key Responsibilities and Challenges** * Serve as the T\&D focal point for internal clients, receiving, understanding, and refining development requirements from business areas, ensuring clarity of scope, target audience, and learning objectives. * Conduct training needs assessments (LNA), analyzing individual and organizational competency gaps in partnership with leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts. * Design, plan, and implement training and development programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), considering diverse audiences: leadership, individual contributors, technical teams, etc. * Manage the annual training schedule, balancing strategic requirements, mandatory trainings, and continuous development initiatives. * Serve as responsible for governance of regulatory and mandatory trainings, ensuring validity, traceability, evidence control, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. * Administer the Continuing Education policy, including eligibility criteria, tracking, and communication to employees. * Serve as LMS administrator and focal point, ensuring quality registration of learning activities, attendance tracking, report generation, and user support. * Define, monitor, and analyze T\&D metrics (KPIs), including training volume, participation rates, satisfaction, effectiveness, and, where applicable, ROI of initiatives. * Interact with and manage external training providers (consultancies, instructors), negotiating scope, timelines, costs, and quality of deliverables. * Produce clear materials, communications, and guidance for client areas, supporting leaders and participants in understanding development initiatives. * Actively contribute to the Talent and Organizational Development team, HRBPs, and other HR functions and internal clients, collaborating on cross-functional people and culture projects. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Strong results orientation. * Clear, structured, and collaborative communication. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up. * Consultative mindset, with skills to influence and negotiate. * Analytical mindset, with ease in working with data and metrics. **Education** Education: Completed undergraduate degree Specific courses and knowledge * Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning solutions. * Advanced English Experience * Solid experience in Training \& Development, Corporate University, or related fields. * Experience in needs diagnosis, instructional design, and learning program management. * 5 years of experience in the field **Work Location:** Rio Port *We value diversity and view differences as opportunities rather than barriers, ensuring conditions for the full development of our professionals and also for society.* *All our positions are open to persons with disabilities and/or rehabilitated individuals.* **An environment where you can thrive** We recognise that having a diverse team makes us a better, smarter team.
