Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Intern to assist with user support, providing technical support and system/server monitoring, aiming for practical learning and collaboration in IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and system/server monitoring assistance. 2. Hands-on learning in IT infrastructure and problem-solving. 3. Development of troubleshooting skills and familiarity with the Microsoft environment. We are Ghetti Tecnologia. We support companies in managing their IT infrastructure through solutions in networking, security, cloud, and continuous technical support. Our focus goes beyond resolving tickets: we aim for an organized, predictable operation with high-quality service delivery. We seek an IT Intern to assist with user support, providing technical support regarding systems, VOIP telephony, printers, and basic software configurations, aiming for practical learning and ensuring workstation functionality. Monitor ticket creation and triage in management systems, and assist in system and server monitoring to understand IT infrastructure and contribute to meeting established metrics. We seek someone with excellent interpersonal skills, technical curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to face the daily challenges of a dynamic support role. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in IT (Systems Analysis, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields); * Basic knowledge of computer, notebook, and printer assembly and maintenance; * Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems; * Basic knowledge of network connectivity (ping, access testing, sharing); * Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VLAN); * Familiarity with Office 365 suite; * Strong written communication skills for ticket documentation and user interaction; * Eagerness to develop troubleshooting skills and familiarity with the Microsoft environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Theoretical knowledge of AD (Active Directory) and access permissions; * Basic understanding of networking equipment (switch, router, access point); * Familiarity with Linux or monitoring tools (Zabbix); * Extracurricular courses in Support or Networking.
