




Job Summary: A professional to develop and deliver operational, tactical, and strategic corporate training, create supporting materials, and document processes. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and delivery of corporate training. 2. Creation of supporting materials such as manuals and videos. 3. Documentation and suggestions for improvement of existing processes. **Responsibilities:** \- Support the development of the corporate training plan; \- Develop and deliver operational, tactical, and strategic training, either remotely or in person, as required; \- Create supporting materials such as manuals, handbooks, and videos; \- Configure and publish videos on the training platform; \- Provide Level 1 support and assist with documentation of processes within the Process Department; \- Document and propose changes to existing processes based on insights gathered from delivered training sessions. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Experience delivering corporate training; \- Organized individual with strong communication skills. \- Experience working in companies utilizing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) will be considered a plus. Availability to work 100% on-site in Magé.
