Provides advisory and support services to customers who use the company's deployed technologies ("hardware"), appropriately guiding them in using these technologies, managing access rights, configuring and adjusting user profiles, resolving technical issues, as well as installing, configuring, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations, peripherals, and infrastructure systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provides technical support to customers using the company's deployed technologies ("hardware") regarding creation and deletion of email accounts, access management, profile configuration and adjustment, workstation maintenance, and technical issue resolution—aiming to ensure system availability and performance. * Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and infrastructure according to contractual schedules or service requests: cleans components, removes oxidation from parts, replaces power supplies and hard drives, installs network outlets, crimps cables, etc. Tests performed services and releases them for use. * Installs and configures printers, scanners, servers, webcams, routers, and other peripherals, as well as operating systems (Windows, Office suite, antivirus software, etc.). Tests performed services, guides users on tool usage, and releases them for operation. * Periodically changes internal system access passwords upon employee termination or per company instructions, and enables/configures router ports and access rights. * Maintains up-to-date documentation regarding internal technological equipment for fixed asset control purposes (in addition to "hardware" information) installed at customer sites (machine configurations, user identification, IPs, etc.) for control purposes. * Guides customers in identifying and purchasing equipment and infrastructure installation services required to support systems marketed by the company: conducts market research, obtains price quotations, compiles supplier lists, and forwards recommendations for decision-making. * Provides telephone support; * Provides CCTV support; * Configures Access Points; * Organizes server racks. **Requirements and Qualifications** Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems; * Relevant work experience.
