Courteous resolution of inquiries and incidents **Job Mission:** Deliver warm, prompt, and outstanding guest service while ensuring efficient communication in Portuguese and English, contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty. **Your Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and email guest service in Portuguese and English; * Perform check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring speed and accuracy of information; * Provide information regarding hotel services, tourist attractions, and general guest support; * Manage reservations, requests, and various demands to ensure the best guest experience; * Resolve guest inquiries and potential incidents with courtesy and professionalism; * Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure service excellence; * Maintain front desk organization and manage administrative documents and processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry; * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); * Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory for guest interaction); * Familiarity with reservation systems or PMS; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and courtesy; * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Flexible availability (rotating shifts). **You Will Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience in mid- or large-scale hospitality operations; * Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish); * Hands-on experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera); * A proactive, dynamic profile focused on guest service.
