




Job Summary: The professional will provide customer service and technical and financial support, negotiate debts, perform new activations, technology migrations and contract renewals, and prevent cancellations. Prerequisites: - Completed high school education, customer service experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills; - Advantageous if prior experience in the telecommunications field.
