The company operates across multiple sectors, delivering comprehensive solutions for construction projects and renovations. **Responsibilities:** Develop and update labor histograms for contracts and work fronts. Develop and monitor physical and financial project schedules using planning tools. Monitor physical and financial performance indicators, identifying deviations and corrective opportunities. Support managers in replanning activities, proposing risk mitigation actions and schedule adjustments. Prepare monitoring reports and managerial presentations to support decision-making. Control contract deadlines, costs, and measurements, interfacing with field teams and clients. Collaborate with construction teams and clients to ensure deliverables align with the schedule and contractual scope. Previous experience as a Planning Analyst, Planning Coordinator, Planning Specialist, or Planning Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
