Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Assistant to ensure an efficient technology experience, supporting the team and sustaining Zerezes' growth on a solid technology foundation. We are looking for an **Infrastructure Assistant**, and the mission of this role is to ensure our team's technology experience remains simple, efficient, and frictionless — supporting both corporate teams and stores while sustaining Zerezes' growth on a solid technology foundation. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Create and update complete SKU registrations, ensuring they remain current in Protheus (ERP) and Shopify; * Enter and register fiscal data and ensure product technical descriptions are correctly entered into the system; * Register/modify pricing and non-technical data such as family, status, collection, and similar attributes; * Monitor product development processes to ensure all changes are reflected and updated in the registration system; * Update e-commerce photo records for SKUs; * Serve as liaison among Product, Commercial, and Digital teams to guarantee all necessary information for product launches (in-store and online) is available on schedule; * Request product registration, activation/deactivation, and kit creation (if needed) in both Shopify and POS systems for IT. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prepare and configure machines (laptops/desktops) for new employees; * Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring correct and secure access rights; * Manage access to corporate systems and tools; * Provide technical support to the team (in-person and remote, via TeamViewer); * Support stores and offices with day-to-day technology needs; * Assist with basic network and internet maintenance; * Manage printers and peripherals; * Handle incident tickets via GLPI; * Maintain IT asset control (equipment, inventory, etc.); * Monitor infrastructure using monitoring tools. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in technical support or IT infrastructure; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse user profiles; * Organizational skills and autonomy to manage multiple tasks; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac); * Basic networking knowledge; * Experience with GLPI or similar ticketing tools; **Soft Skills:** * Curious, open to learning, and interested in proposing new perspectives; * Aesthetic and refined sensibility; * Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership, with self-management capability to drive processes and independently resolve operational bottlenecks; * Collaborative mindset, able to work alongside creative and operational teams; * Strong visual and written communication skills; * Dynamic and flexible profile, capable of working at a fast pace; **Benefits** * + **Competitive Salary** aligned with market standards; + **Bradesco Health Plan (Effective)** — No cost (Ward coverage); + **Meal/Voucher Allowance** — R$ 880.00 per month on CAJU card; + **Transportation Voucher** — Provided as needed, deposited on CAJU card with payroll deduction as required by law; + **WellHub** (formerly GymPass); + **Psicologia Viva** (Mental health benefit — 2 free sessions per month); + **Conexa Saúde** (Discounts at pharmacies and for medical exams); + **Zerezes Employee Discount Program** + **On Happy** (Leisure travel discounts) + **Corporate Recognition Program** + **Professional Growth and Development Opportunities** + **Work Model:** Hybrid + **Employment Type:** CLT + **Location:** Ipanema / Rio de Janeiro ***All our positions are inclusive of People with Disabilities (PCD) and all forms of diversity.*** Come discover why it even hurts to call us an optical store!
