




Job Summary: An HR Administration professional provides general support to employees, manages timekeeping, benefits, and payroll, as well as handles onboarding and offboarding. Document organization and audit support ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The professional directly supports employees by providing general assistance, answering questions, and participating in new employee onboarding sessions. Responsibilities include managing and closing electronic timekeeping records, administering the meal voucher system (Gente), and issuing and distributing pay slips. Provides comprehensive support throughout the onboarding process, including registering new employees, verifying documentation, sending employment contracts, facilitating onboarding, and enabling benefits enrollment. Also participates in offboarding processes, including exit interviews and guidance regarding severance payments. Manages daily benefit administration, such as Transportation Vouchers (VT) and Meal Vouchers (VA), along with related data entry, verification, and payroll closing support. Maintains organized and up-to-date departmental documents and files, supporting internal and external audits when required. Additionally serves as the liaison with accounting departments and vendors, including using systems such as ASOS. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor's degree * Prior experience in HR Administration. * Knowledge of onboarding, termination, electronic timekeeping, and benefits administration procedures. * Familiarity with the Gente meal voucher system and/or similar timekeeping systems. * Basic knowledge of payroll processing and labor-related statutory obligations. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. ### **BENEFITS** * Salary: R$ 2\.338,69 * Meal/Refectory Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
