Collaborative environment focused on development **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define criteria for identifying critical processes, competencies, and knowledge to strengthen knowledge management practices. * Structure and maintain an updated organizational Knowledge Map. * Apply the corporate methodology for identification, collection, cataloging, storage, and dissemination of knowledge. * Structure and maintain institutional knowledge repositories, ensuring information organization and standardization. * Administer and ensure governance of the Knowledge Management Portal (SharePoint or equivalent system), guaranteeing version control, curation, workflow standardization, and database maintenance. * Consolidate and document lessons learned, best practices, and strategic technical materials. * Utilize digital tools and artificial intelligence resources for organizing and systematizing technical content. * Define and monitor knowledge management performance indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions. * Structure and conduct technical mentoring and knowledge transfer programs. * Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations on knowledge management. * Draft institutional communications related to area initiatives. * Support the structured dissemination of relevant knowledge across various company departments. * Provide methodological support for organizational improvement projects. * Contribute to document standardization, deliverable tracking, and portfolio information consolidation. * Assist in organizing and formalizing lessons learned and post-project documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree preferred in: Knowledge Management, Corporate Education, Process Management, or Project Management. * Minimum 4 years of experience in: Implementing or operating knowledge management in organizations, Process modeling and improvement, Providing methodological support for organizational projects and transformation initiatives. * Technical Requirements: Process Modeling (BPMN), Bizagi or similar tool (proficiency required), KPI knowledge, Basic project management concepts, Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency required), SharePoint (preferred), Familiarity with digital tools and AI applications for technical content generation. **Selection Process Steps** * Application * Assessments * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec World!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized company specializing in service outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), and workforce solutions.
