Description
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative and operational support to various routines of the Human Resources Department.
* Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
* Support Personnel Department routines, such as onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, vacation management, and benefits administration.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Organize and archive HR documents efficiently and securely.
* Attend to and support employees, clarifying questions related to HR routines and routing requests to responsible departments.
* Collaborate in organizing training sessions, internal events, and other development initiatives.
* Assist in internal communications by drafting and disseminating HR-related announcements.
* Support the preparation of basic HR reports.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education. Technical or higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields is desirable.
* Prior experience in administrative or HR support roles is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with ability to create and organize documents and spreadsheets.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail, and discretion.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with HR management systems.
* Experience with electronic time tracking and payroll processing.
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
