TOWARDS 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for customer service, delivering delight and ensuring the conclusion of the experience is extraordinary. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Operate the system to process sales transactions; * Carry out standard procedures for submitting spreadsheets and other information to the commercial and finance departments; * Log support tickets to resolve any issues requiring technical or back-office assistance; * Make bank deposits at the company-designated bank; * Conduct weekly inventory counts of supplies; * Place orders for non-productive materials; * Respond to emails regarding cash handling and store operations; * Process and monitor manually entered sales, ensuring transaction completion and shipment dispatch to the carrier; * Verify and manage direct mail shipments; * Receive customer payments via cash, PIX, checks, and credit cards; * Ensure complete customer registration; * Execute all sales, exchange, and return processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with sales systems; * Prior experience in cash handling roles. **Additional Information** **Financial and Meal Benefits** Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher – For greater autonomy, you may choose between the Meal Allowance, usable at supermarkets for preparing your meals, or the Meal Voucher, usable at restaurants and snack bars.
