An Information Technology services company is seeking a BPM Analyst in Rio de Janeiro (Downtown).
Infobase is a company specialized in information technology solutions, offering consulting, software development, and technical support services.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct immersive sessions and interviews with stakeholders from the Vice Presidency of People and Management to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in processes. Map, model, and document People and Management area processes using BPM methodology and BPMN notation. Design process solutions appropriate to the organizational context and maturity level, proposing practical and sustainable improvements. Act as an interface between the technology area and non-technical leadership, ensuring clear, accessible, and results-oriented communication. Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders across various roles—from operational analysts to the Vice Presidency. Support prioritization and implementation of designed solutions, monitoring outcomes and adjustments throughout the continuous improvement cycle.
Previous experience as a Process Specialist, BPM Consultant, Business Process Analyst, or BPM Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
