Raiz already has over 60 ongoing AI initiatives, in addition to more than 20 internal systems delivered—including agents, automations, and tools used daily by operations. We are now structuring the next layer of this transformation, focused on reducing manual work, improving decision-making, and scaling execution. Here, AI is not a lab—it is operations, with applied solutions deployed directly within business areas. The current challenge is to transform initiatives into scalable organizational capability. Your role will be: To serve as one of the key leaders driving the company’s applied AI agenda—working closely with business units, the executive leadership team, and the CEO. Lead the technical and operational evolution of the company’s AI solutions, ensuring they function effectively in practice, scale consistently, and deliver tangible impact. More than someone who develops isolated solutions, we seek a professional capable of: **defining standards**, elevating the team’s technical level, **accelerating deliveries**, and advancing initiatives in practice. In practice, you will: - Lead the development of AI-powered solutions (LLMs, agents, automations); - Provide technical leadership for the Applied AI team; - Serve as the technical reviewer for deliverables (quality, architecture, and best practices); - Support decisions regarding how solutions run in production (deployment, integrations, APIs, and capacity), in partnership with infrastructure; - Collaborate with business areas to translate real-world problems into solutions; - Help the team grow technically; - Prioritize initiatives and help structure the company’s applied AI agenda. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically lead the company’s applied AI agenda; * Develop and evolve AI-powered solutions; * Establish development standards and methodologies; * Review the team’s technical deliverables; * Support architectural and production-related decisions; * Prioritize AI initiatives; * Collaborate with business areas to build solutions; * Accelerate adoption of initiatives; * Develop the team technically; * Ensure solutions deliver real, scalable operational impact. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
