Also responsible for initiating contact with customers, conducting follow-ups, sending proposals, and maintaining courteous and professional relationships. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **receptive service**, promptly and courteously responding to customer messages. * Conduct **proactive service**, contacting customers for follow-ups, information sharing, proposal delivery, or confirmations. * Clarify inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and deadlines. * Record important information related to service interactions. * Forward requests to relevant departments when necessary. * Monitor negotiations and customer follow-up responses. * Maintain organization of conversations and service priorities. * Use clear, polite, and professional language in all customer interactions. * Adhere to company-defined service standards.
